The Chief Judge for the Southern District of Florida, K. Michael Moore, appointed Mr. Bell to the Planning Committee for the Southern District of Florida’s 2017 Bench & Bar Conference. The Bench & Bar Conference is the annual, preeminent gathering for federal court practitioners in the Southern District of Florida. The district covers as far north as Fort Pierce and as far south as Key West. Mr. Bell also serves as a member of the court’s Ad Hoc Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Committee.
