We have significant experience litigating a variety of international disputes. Fluency in Spanish and a deep understanding of Latin American culture provides our attorneys a unique perspective and ability to appreciate the challenges and needs related to cross-border litigation, arbitration, and investigations.

We are adept at managing internal investigations involving sensitive conduct ranging from potential FCPA violations to employee malfeasance and other types of misconduct that present serious criminal and reputational concerns for our clients. We have experience handling internal investigations related to mining operations, software implementation, and foreign-labor issues. Our attorneys were also members of an arbitration team that handled an ICC arbitration for a billion-dollar petrochemical facility.

We have worked with teams of foreign lawyers to manage and advise on foreign-litigation matters for United States-based businesses litigating in countries that include Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, and Venezuela. Our experience includes working with teams of lawyers in various Latin American countries to defend enforcement of one of the largest judgments against a United States corporation.
