Henry P. Bell

Born and raised in South Florida, Henry Bell is privileged to have represented many clients facing the most difficult times in their lives. Mr. Bell’s passion is to represent and defend individuals facing the long arm of the law. For over 20 years, Mr. Bell has been fighting for individuals facing all sorts of allegations of wrongdoing, including: fraud, money laundering, public corruption, bribery, racketeering, drug trafficking, and other offenses of varying severity. Sometimes that requires demonstrating that his client did not violate the law as suspected or alleged. Sometimes that means demonstrating that his client is not exactly who he or she has been made out to be. Sometimes that means navigating a thorny investigation by one of the alphabet soup of federal and state agencies regulating our lives and businesses. And sometimes that means going to trial to win or force the prosecution to take a reasonable and appropriate position. Mr. Bell firmly believes that it is through sound and experienced judgment and credible and zealous advocacy that the best results will be achieved for the person facing allegations of wrongdoing–whether those allegations are made by the federal government, the state, a regulatory agency, or a private party in a civil dispute.

Mr. Bell is dedicated to his craft and his clients. In taking up the representation of a client, Mr. Bell does much more than vindicate the constitution, play an important role in the justice system or conform to any one of the slew of other platitudes commonly associated with the defense of an accused. Mr. Bell believes in the representation of the person who is the client. It is that belief more than anything else that drives Mr. Bell’s representation and defense of his clients.
