Prior to founding Bell Rosquete Reyes, PLLC, Javier worked at Hogan Lovells and Boies Schiller Flexner where he represented Fortune 500 companies in international arbitration, federal-court litigation, products liability defense, and sensitive internal investigations. Javier understands that business owners are creative at heart and passionate about the businesses they operate. It is for this reason that he views himself as a legal counselor first and foremost and relishes the opportunity to truly understand his clients’ businesses and collaborate with them to develop novel, efficient and winning legal strategies.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Javier worked as a CPA and owned several successful business ventures of his own in the liquor and advertising fields, giving him a concrete and unique appreciation for responsive, cost-effective, and impactful legal representation.
