Javier A. Reyes was invited to participate in the 14th Annual Conference on Legal & Policy Issues in the Americas organized by University of Florida Law School’s Center for Governmental Responsibility. The Conference’s goal was to define and develop a research agenda for a 2014 conference in Barranquilla and Santa Marta, Colombia. Mr. Reyes, was invited to participate on the panel, The Courts and Human Rights, rights chaired by Federal District Court Judge Peter Messitte.
